Everything was perfectly fine from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and brand-new room. The location was quiet and nice for Bacalar, just off the garden and the city center and the town centre. It also was close to the lagoon.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Ariana. The lady who runs the hotel was incredibly helpful, assisting us with printing our tickets for the border and providing any other assistance we needed. The shower in our room was excellent, and the overall room was very nice and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of the hotel, considering the quality of the accommodation. As a couple, we particularly enjoyed having a television for some Netflix. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, being close to the lake and other tourist attractions. The facilities were comfortable, making it a great option for families or large groups.
Nothing to mention. 🌟

Mind-blowing experience with super helpful owner who gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and travel advice. The room was jaw-droppingly spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the Wi-Fi and AC worked like a charm. The location was convenient with everything nearby, and the yard was a nice place to relax, just watch out for mosquitoes. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Casa Ariana in Bacalar. the accommodation was clean and quiet, located in a residential area that was just a short walk from the touristy part of town. the double room was spacious and even had a fridge, which was convenient. I also appreciated the nice touch of having a kettle and teabags available in the communal area. Señor Rolando, the host, was wonderful, even though our lack of Spanish limited our conversations. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

Stayed at Casa Ariana for 3 nights while exploring the area. Convenient location near the touristy part of town, but in a quiet residential area. Within walking distance to the public dock on the lake. Spacious double room with a fridge. Nice touch with a kettle and teabags in the communal area. The owner, Señor Rolando, was attentive and accommodating, despite our language barrier. Grounds were clean and insect-free. Towels and soap provided. Highly recommended.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
